Website Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the TADA website. Separate registration and payment terms apply when a family purchases a program or service.

1. Acceptance and website purpose

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. The website provides general information about Theatre Arts & Dance Academy, its programs, schedules, events, faculty, trial classes, and registration options.

2. Information and availability

We work to keep website information accurate and current, but programs, instructors, schedules, prices, capacity, and availability may change. A registration is not confirmed until TADA receives the required information and payment and provides confirmation.

3. Registrations, payments, and policies

Purchases and participation are also governed by the terms presented at checkout, TADA's Registration Agreement, and any applicable program-specific policy, including the Trial Class and Troupe Audition Policy.

Registration and required program communications do not depend on joining the TADA Interest List. Where a registration form offers an optional, unchecked Interest List box, selecting it provides express consent for TADA to send the emails described beside that box. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option, and withdrawing promotional consent does not stop essential registration, payment, schedule, safety, or program-administration messages.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to:

  • break the law, infringe another person's rights, or submit false or misleading information;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, records, or payment functions;
  • introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, or evade security controls;
  • scrape, copy, or reuse website content at scale without permission; or
  • impersonate another person or register a student without authority.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, audio, teaching materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to TADA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. Other use requires prior written permission.

6. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or use third-party services, including maps, payment processing, email, social media, and security providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. TADA is not responsible for third-party websites outside its control.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TADA does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of general website information will always be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
