Accessibility Statement

TADA is committed to welcoming students and families and to identifying, removing, and preventing barriers wherever reasonably possible.

Our commitment

Theatre Arts & Dance Academy aims to provide accessible information, communication, customer service, and participation experiences in a way that respects dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity.

Website accessibility

We work to make this website usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoomed text, reduced-motion preferences, and a range of screen sizes. We review headings, labels, alternative text, focus visibility, colour contrast, and form feedback as the site evolves.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Some third-party services, linked documents, archived materials, or media may not yet meet the same standard. We welcome reports of barriers so we can provide an alternative and improve the experience.

Program and communication accommodations

Families may tell us about disabilities, learning needs, medical needs, allergies, communication preferences, or other accommodations through the registration form or by contacting us. We consider needs individually and will work with families to understand what support would help a student participate safely and successfully.

Accommodation depends on the student's needs, the program environment, safety, staffing, and other relevant circumstances. Specific arrangements are confirmed after discussion with the family.

Request an accessible format or report a barrier

To request information in an accessible format, discuss a program accommodation, or report a website barrier, email mailbox@tadamusical.com. Please describe the information or service needed and the format or support that would work best for you. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
